Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster literacy education and cognitive development. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and informal assessments. Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage students in interactive activities that promote social skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Skills Experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting is essential.
