Infant Toddler Specialist

Primary Duties:
a. Assist clients and families to develop treatment goals and objectives. b. Provide developmental interventions uniquely designed to enhance, c. Cognitive; Physical, Behavioral, self-help, social-emotional, and language skills, to support children and families from birth to age three as outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). d. Complete and turn in service notes as outlined in the documentation policy. e. Regularly attend staff meetings and supervision. f. Comply with the confidentiality policy as it applies to the protection of clients’ rights. g. Communicate and collaborate with all members of the treatment team. h. Comply with CBRS Rules and Regulations. i. Follow all mandated reporting laws. j. Strictly adhere to the Professional Code of Ethics for appropriate discipline (if not aware of this code, must obtain a copy and become familiar with it) k. Provide all services in a professional and respectful manner at all times l. Understand and adhere to all Management Care Services Policies and Procedures. m. Travel to clients’ homes and other locations in the community daily. n. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s Degree in the following; a. Birth-Kindergarten Education/Early Childhood Special Education/Special Education/Education/Elementary Education b. Child Development/ Human Development/Family Relations/ Family Studies/Family and Consumer Sciences/Child and Family Studies c. Psychology d. Social Work e. Counseling f. Nursing g. Another human services field 2. Also become a Certified Infant Toddler Specialist 3. In good standing with the NA registry 4. Certified in CPR, Standard First Aid 5. Valid NC driver’s license 6. This position may require you to work on the weekends and after hours as it pertains to the clients plan of care

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour
