As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students through engaging lesson plans and innovative curriculum development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and support children’s growth in various developmental areas. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing early intervention when necessary to support their individual needs. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative educational community. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote health and wellness among preschoolers. Utilize Montessori methods or other educational philosophies as appropriate to enhance learning experiences. Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and classroom activities. Collaborate with other educators to develop comprehensive programs that support children’s learning across multiple domains. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for preschool-aged children. Familiarity with Montessori or similar teaching methodologies is a plus. Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff. Previous experience in daycare or tutoring settings is advantageous. Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds in a supportive environment.
