Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning and curiosity. Support children’s social and emotional development, using positive guidance techniques. Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents/guardians. Collaborate with teaching assistants, fellow teachers, and administrators to support each child’s growth. Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety in accordance with health and safety regulations.
