The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons while addressing the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Facilitate literacy education and early childhood education initiatives to enhance student learning. Provide individualized support for students with special education needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and welfare. Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations. Foster a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and supports social-emotional development. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and toddler care.
