Looking for someone to work a flexible schedule. Make KidsPark a safe, warm, fun and enriching setting for 2-12 year olds. Provide professional and quality childcare. Make KidsPark the leading provider for drop-in care. Responsibilities Child and Program Skills -under the direction of the Director, Corporate Management or Shift Leads, implement the necessary services required to maintain the integrity of our activities; in order to provide the highest possible level of child care and customer service. Professional Skills- support our staff and adhere to our policies, in order to contribute to the best possible work environment for everyone. Present and maintain a professional image, which will elicit confidence in the quality of care that we provide. Requirements Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred In addition, we will seek people who have demonstrated: Good verbal skills with children and adults Good written communication skills Positive interactions with others Ability to lift 40 pounds
