Carolina Caring is seeking a part-time Customer CARE Specialist to join our team in Newton, North Carolina. This role is a vital part of our administrative support, focused on creating a rewarding experience for everyone who connects with Carolina Caring. As a Customer CARE Specialist, you’ll provide secondary phone coverage and essential administrative services to support our organization. During the weekends, your responsibilities will include phone operations, directing calls to the appropriate team members, and warmly greeting and guiding guests at the reception desk while providing administrative support services at the inpatient facility located in Newton. You’ll be the friendly voice and face of Carolina Caring, ensuring all callers, patients, clients, family members, employees, volunteers, and visitors feel welcomed and supported. This part-time position will include Saturday and/or Sunday with the flexibility to cover the morning shift from 7:00 am to 1:00p or evening shift from 1:00p to 7:30p or occasional full weekend shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma. Associate degree in Business Technology, Administrative Office Technology, Secretarial Technology, or related field desirable.

Experience:

Two to three years of experience in related activities preferred. Must be capable of performing job responsibilities.
