Category Schools – Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract We’re seeking a versatile special education teacher for a virtual multi-categorical position serving New Hampshire students. This remote role requires expertise across disability categories, delivering comprehensive teletherapy services to diverse learners.
Position Details:
Virtual Schedule:
Full-time, 35-37.5 hours weekly
Student Caseload:
45-55 students with varied disabilities
Grade Levels:
K-8 comprehensive coverage
Service Delivery:
Virtual resource support, co-teaching consultation
Technology Platform:
Integrated online special education suite
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual instruction for students with intellectual disabilities, autism, and learning differences
- Develop individualized digital learning plans aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct remote assessments across multiple disability areas
- Collaborate with related service providers through teletherapy platforms
- Support inclusive practices through virtual consultation
- Maintain comprehensive online student records
Requirements:
Education:
Master’s degree in Special Education preferred
Licensure:
New Hampshire educator license with multi-categorical endorsement
Experience:
3+ years with diverse disability populations
Technology:
Advanced skills in educational technology
Certification:
