Job Description
Hampton Falls School District is actively seeking a Special Education Case Manager/Teacher to work with students by ensuring each student’s IEP is being followed, accommodations and modifications are implemented, and specialized instruction and related services are delivered per the Individual Education Plan. In addition, the prospective candidate will help facilitate learning in inclusive settings, participate as a member of the student’s IEP team to design adnd implement programming to ensure student growth. The candidate has the ability to case manager +/- 15 students, use NHSESIS to generate IEP’s, provide training to classroom staff and support personnel, and possess strong communication skills with regular educators, parents/guardians, educational associates, and administration. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to collect and organize academic and/or behavior data are necessary.
