Full Job Description Job Title:

Managed Care Specialist/Paralegal Location:

Nashville, Tennessee 37243 (Hybrid)

Contract:

12 + months (Possibility of extension)

Shift:

8:00am to 4:30pm Pay rate: $18/hr on W2.

Job Duties:

Assist in coordinating and communicating schedules to internal/external Clients. Provide legal research, analysis of legal papers, and draft legal documents. Document findings accurately. Timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution.

Required Skills & Education :

Must have a bachelor’s or associate degree. A background in Paralegal studies is a plus. Customer service or call center experience a plus.
