The ideal candidate will love children, work well in a structured environment, and is dependable. Responsibilities Assist teachers with closing activities. Support students with education, personal care and activities. Implement behavior management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with educators in curriculum development tailored to meet the needs of all students. Facilitate small group activities and assist with classroom management. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs. Requirements Experience working with students in educational settings, such as daycare or Montessori environments. Strong understanding of literacy education principles and techniques. Ability to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for educating young minds and a commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment. Previous experience in curriculum development is a plus.
