Elementary School Students What You’ll Do:
As an Elementary Paraeducator, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our students.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct academic and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups. Assisting teachers with classroom management and instructional activities. Helping to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Supporting students with diverse learning needs to foster independence and participation. Collaborating effectively with teachers, specialists, and other school staff. Assisting with student supervision during classroom activities, transitions, and other school functions. Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Previous experience working in a school setting. A genuine passion for working with elementary-aged children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
