Qualifications Strong classroom management skills and experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting Proficient in communication and collaboration with students, parents, and staff Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development, including literacy and math education Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management techniques Background in working with diverse learners, including those with disabilities and autism
