The ideal candidate is passionate about education, has a natural affinity for working with children, and is committed to supporting the educational growth and developing of young learners. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent L1-L3 Teacher Certification Prior experience working with children in a school, daycare, or childcare setting is an advantage. Passion for working with children and a strong desire to contribute to their educational and personal growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on a meaningful level. Basic understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and the needs of the classroom. Ability to take direction from lead teachers and work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
