Assistant Preschool Teacher St. Andrew’s Nursery School 3900 Freemansburg Ave, Easton, PA 18045 What are your fondest memories from childhood? St. Andrew’s Nursery School was started by St. Andrew’s Church almost 70 years ago and has served generations of some of our families. Would you like to be the newest member of our family? As an Assistant Teacher at St. Andrew’s Nursery School, you will help to foster exploration and discovery with our young people, to help them better understand the world around them. You will get messy. You will wipe away tears. And you will be on the receiving end of more hugs and giggles than you can imagine. Skills and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience working in an early childhood program is preferred, but not required. The ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in emergency situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Working together with nursery school staff, you will ensure each student’s health and safety at all times. You will engage with parents and caregivers, sharing activities presented to children, developmental milestones, and observations. Help to maintain attractive, safe, clean, and organized classrooms and play spaces. Attend all required staff meetings, workshops and school functions. At all times maintain professional appearance and communications.
