The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking employee hours, managing timekeeping systems, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role requires strong data analysis skills and familiarity with various HR and payroll systems. The Timekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall efficiency of our workforce management. Responsibilities Accurately record and maintain employee attendance and hours worked using timekeeping software. Analyze data related to employee time records to identify discrepancies or trends. Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other labor laws. Collaborate with HR to evaluate employee performance related to attendance and punctuality. Manage contracts related to timekeeping processes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Utilize systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms for timekeeping functions. Assist in the onboarding process by educating new employees on timekeeping procedures. Provide support for Medicare-related inquiries as they pertain to employee time tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in a timekeeping or payroll-related role is preferred. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information. Familiarity with FMLA policies and procedures is a plus. Experience using HR software such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and best practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
