Duties Officiate football games, ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the sport. Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and spectators regarding calls made during the game. Maintain an impartial stance while enforcing rules and making judgment calls during gameplay. Collaborate with other referees and officials to ensure smooth game operations. Provide guidance to younger players on sportsmanship and fair play principles. Qualifications Strong knowledge of football rules and regulations. Previous experience in sports coaching or officiating is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey decisions and instructions.
