Freelance / Contract with potential for long-term engagement We are a high-end, boutique interior design firm specializing in residential new construction and full-scale renovations. Our projects are rooted in timeless, thoughtful design with a modern edge. As we grow, we are looking for a skilled CAD Drafter & Rendering Specialist to join our team and support us in translating design concepts into precise technical documents and visualizations. What We’re Looking For We need an all-star who is highly proficient in creating: Detailed Millwork Drawings Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) Furniture & Space Plans Interior Elevations & Construction Sets 3D Renderings (realistic preferred, but concept visuals also welcome) This role requires a strong technical background, an eye for design, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Ideal Candidate Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit, SketchUp, or other rendering software is a plus) Strong experience producing detailed millwork packages (kitchens, built-ins, vanities, etc.) Ability to take design direction and translate it into accurate drawings and renderings Comfortable working with redlines, markups, and collaborating closely with the principal designer Self-motivated, communicative, and deadline-driven Bonus Points Familiarity with interior design industry standards Experience working with boutique or luxury design firms Understanding of lighting plans and finish schedules To Apply Please send: A short introduction or cover letter Portfolio of relevant drafting work and renderings Your hourly or project-based rate Availability (weekly capacity, time zone, etc.) We’re excited to find someone who’s not only technically talented, but also passionate about design and can grow with us.
