After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are seeking a CAD Draftsman to join our Engineering Team in Louisiana! The Draftsman would be responsible for producing accurate, 2D manufacturing prints from scaled 2D functional design layouts. The Draftsman would also create the entire 3D seal assembly, utilizing the drafted component parts. Throughout this process, the Draftsman must pay high attention to detail to guarantee successful fitment, assembly and sealing of each design. Successful candidates would work closely with our Engineering Design and CNC Programming Teams. Candidates must be able to work quickly on multiple tasks with minimal errors to ensure product assemblies meet our quality standards. Experience in Mechanical Drafting/Design, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (2D), and Autodesk Inventor (3D) is preferred. Assembling new and repairable mechanical seals. Has a desire to be cross-trained We are willing to train and develop a motivated individual in this role without experience.
