What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage commercial interior design projects from start to finish Develop creative, code-compliant, and budget-conscious solutions Mentor junior designers, guiding their growth and design thinking Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders Create construction documents in Revit, and manage CA tasks (submittals, RFIs, site visits) Research finish materials and FF&E that balance aesthetics and durability Travel for site visits and client meetings (local and occasional out-of-state)

You Bring:

A professional degree in Interior Design 3-4+ years of commercial interior design experience Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Revit proficiency (required) and comfort with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, BIM360, Adobe Creative Suite Space planning expertise and an eye for smart, strategic design A proactive spirit, collaborative energy, and love for learning Interest in 1099 independent contract work Ready to Lead With Us?
