We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team at Innovative Design Build. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential buildings, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential projects Develop architectural designs and plans for renovations and additions Produce accurate existing drawings, paying special attention to unusual existing site conditions observed during Site Visit Prepare and submit Permit set of drawings to applicable locality. Permit set should be complete with stamped architectural drawings from licensed Structural Engineer (as needed), permit application, sealed plat and any other required documentation Prioritize and address any permit comments as needed during permitting process Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success Participate in Creative Briefings and Charrette meetings Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality Stay up-to-date on building codes, regulations, and industry trends Provide guidance and support to the Design team and Sales Revise drawings to align the client’s design direction into a cohesive plan. Create elevations, illustrations, and oversee development of interior renderings/designs to coordinate interior design with plan development To include preliminary framing and electrical plans Attend continuing education seminars, product knowledge groups, keep updated on current pricing (with help from Estimator), new product introduction and industry trends Provide information, as requested, for marketing purposes (articles, blogs etc)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Licensed Architect with 5 years of experience in residential design and construction Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solution Compensation Package Health Insurance Simple IRA Unlimited Vacation Policy Hybrid Company Bonus based on Net profit

Salary:
