Technical Design Assistant Haefele Design Skaneateles, NY 13152 Job Summary Haefele Design, a boutique interior design studio known for luxury kitchens, closets, and outdoor living spaces, is looking for an Technical Design Assistant to support ongoing residential projects in and around Skaneateles, NY. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both technically sharp and design-savvy. You’ll be responsible for taking site measurements, drafting in AutoCAD, and creating 3D renderings to help bring each space to life. You’ll work closely with the principal designer and contribute to multiple phases of the project workflow. Responsibilities Conduct on-site measurements and document existing conditions Draft accurate floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using AutoCAD Produce 3D renderings and visual presentations for client review Qualifications Degree or background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools Experience conducting site surveys and translating them into precise technical drawings Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
