Project Engineer – $300M General Contractor – Kansas City Position Available In Jackson, Missouri

Our top client of 2024 is actively looking for a ProjectEngineer for their Kansas City office location. This role willprovide a clear, transparent path to a PM within the first 6-12months with an excellent compensation package to back it – applytoday and have your application reviewed within 24 hours. ClientDetails Our client is a full service GC in Kansas City, MO Do about$250-300 million a year. Touches on just about everything fromcommunity and municipal, healthcare, entertainment, largedevelopments, retail and multi-family projects. Fully functioningESOP. Excellent leadership and culture in place, leadership has wonmultiple awards. Great work/life balance Description Thisindividual will oversee all facets of projects including thephysical construction, schedule, required reports and financialaspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers,tradesmen, subcontractors and owners. Interact directly withproject owners as required including attending meetings withpartners and project managers. Bi-weekly project updates withentire team. Work closely with owners as needed, includingwalk-through’ s, for bid preparation and proposal development.

Communicate and interact with sub-contractors and componentsuppliers such as concrete, steel, joist, precast and masonry.
