• 5pm Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and demonstrate leadership qualities while ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functioning of machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations. Perform residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address any technical challenges. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members effectively. Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and residents. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred. Previous experience in residential painting is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
