- As a Fiber Optic Splicer, you will:
- Prep and splice various fiber cables including
OSP, ADSS & OPGW
- Use OTDR, power meter testing, and fiber identifiers to verify integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Submit daily performance reports and track field asset usage
- You may be a great fit if you have:
- High school diploma or GED (required
- 2 years of splicing experience preferred (but not requiredwe will train!
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to travel overnight during the week as needed
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, background, and MVR check###
