E&I Technician International Flavors and Fragrances United States, Maine, Rockland Crockett Point (Show on map) Jun 16, 2025 Job Summary The E&I Technician is accountable for executing the maintenance and repairs of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities:

Support your team in making deliberate improvements in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as well as housekeeping performance.
Ensure 100% compliance of assigned EHS requirements, process safety, food safety, and quality standards. As well as executing required preventative, autonomous maintenance and equipment sanitation work practices.
Safe completion of life critical activities in production areas including development and execution of lock, tag, try procedures (LTT).
Identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and personal development and as assigned by department and/or shift Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Ensure all training requirements are met within the specified time frames and training other personnel as required by Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager.
Ensure preventative, autonomous maintenance and equipment sanitation work practices are executed as required by department
Performs maintenance and repair of site’s electrical and instrumentation systems
Performs work order tasks and supports work order flow through MMIS
Performs troubleshooting of site’s electrical and instrumentation systems
Supports scoping and planning of work orders
Follows parts procurement procedures
Supports updating and documentation of equipment BOMs and PMs Key performance

Indicators:

Wrench time The following are requirements for this position: High School Diploma or High school equivalent (HSE) including GED and Maine HiSET
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills The following knowledge, skills and experience are helpful but not required: 1-3 years electrical experience with two year trade college degree
Must be independent, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking
