Powersports Technician Northeast Motorsports Lebanon, ME 04027 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and functionality. Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostics techniques. Assemble components and systems as required for vehicle repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the repair process. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to service advisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive/ powersports repair. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle maintenance. Experience with essential services. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics systems for effective troubleshooting. Previous experience working in a dealership setting is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
