job summary: Leading Electronics Manufacturer is in search of an Electronics Technician to join their team. This is a contract to hire position that will primarily focus on the assembly of thru-hole printed circuit boards. Compensation is $22.75/hr + OT and is 1st shift 7 AM – 3:30 PM M-F. The current duration of this contract is 1 year but you could be converted to a direct hire employee at any time. Please apply today!

Boonton, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $22.00 – 22.75 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: Assembles and/or wires moderately complex equipment following blueprints, models, and model prints. Skilled adjusting, fitting, and aligning are required; tolerances are close.
Has ability to follow work cell procedures.
Sets up and operates one or more production type machines such as component trim machines, Amp machines, and riveting machine.
Is flexible and can perform many operations on product in and outside of home department.
Solders to best commercial specifications.
Builds harness assemblies. Use work order package and utilize on-line bar code reporting system for labor and manufacturing quantitiesStrives to meet prescribed quality standards in an ISO environment.
