 Ford Model E Infotainment Platform Team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our talented team of engineers in developing cutting edge vehicle access experiences.

What You’ll Do…+ Hire, lead, mentor and inspire a team of highly skilled software engineers specializing in Bluetooth Low Energy, Ultrawide Band, NFC technologies.+ Foster a collaborative and high performing team culture that embraces innovation and continuous improvement.+ Define and drive technical roadmap for Vehicle Access features, CCC Digital Key specification and integration, aligning with overall product strategy and market trends.+ Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing and deployment.+ Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet performance, reliability and scalability requirements.+ Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define product specification and ensure successful execution.+ Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).+ Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, particularly in the areas of multimedia frameworks, automotive infotainment and Android development.+ Manage team performance, conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional growth and development._You’ll have…_+ B.S. in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.+ 3+ years of experience of managing and leading engineering teams in automotive or consumer electronics domain.+ 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development.+ Experience working on vehicle access domain with
