Director of Engineering—Shape What’s Behind the Scenes

Hiring and mentoring a high-performing engineering team who will take pride in keeping things running right.
Setting up vendor relationships and service agreements to support efficient, reliable operations.
Creating SOPs and emergency response plans that prioritize guest safety, system integrity, and operational continuity.
Partnering cross-functionally to support a seamless hotel opening and contribute to a culture of collaboration and care.
You’ll be the first to learn this building inside and out—and the one who ensures it continues to perform at its best. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-minded leader who sees every system, switch, and sensor as part of a bigger story: one that reflects thoughtful design, responsible operations, and genuine hospitality.
