We’re seeking a future team member for the role of ApplicationSupport Engineer to join in Liquidity & Margin services ProductionSupport team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA. (2-3 days in officerequired) In this role, you’ll make an impact in the followingways: 10 years of diverse experience in information technologyrequired. Solid Business knowledge on Liquidity investments andmargin services. Exclusively worked UNIX/Linux operating systemsDatabase knowledge with strong SQL skills like Oracle, Sql Server,etc Hands-on experience in scripting or programming languages likePython, Perl, Shell scripting, etc Experience understanding/analyzing securities data, handling market vendor pricing feeds,working in time-sensitive projects is highly desired Hands-onexperience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Experience working with

IBM MQ, ETL

tools like Pentaho, Snowflake are preferred Monitoringtools like AppDynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, Cloud Probes & Moog orequivalent Experience automating deployments and other repetitivetasks Experience with support activities like platformadministration, deployments, upgrades, and understands &troubleshoots issues when incidents are reported in the platform.

Experience in external and internal cloud Experience working in anAgile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in using the JIRA, ConfluenceExperience in vulnerabilities management. Ability to produce systemdocumentation including operational specifications, test plans,system architecture with attention to detail To be successful inthis role, we’re seeking the following: Ensure operationalstability of the Platforms in the production environment. Bring newautomation procedures to improve the velocity and quality ofengineering efforts Administration and management of configurationmanagement tools Software builds and release management;script/automation of build process, creation of beta and formalversions of the application. Translation of development teamrequirements into Application/System configuration Softwareconfiguration management; managing defects, participating insoftware change control board Using Systems and Networkingknowledge to isolate and fix application problems ContinuousPerformance Management. Measuring performance and working withdevelopers and QAs to improve it. Working closely with InternalStakeholders, Development Architects/Managers & developers, acrosslocations, to ensure timely delivery Build quality frameworks toprovide feedback loop to developers to easy and improvedcontribution Vulnerability management including patching systemsand implementing security controls Bachelors degree in computerscience or a related discipline, or equivalent work experiencerequired; advanced degree is beneficial. 6-8 years of diverseexperience in information technology required; experience in thesecurities or financial services industry is a plus.
