Job Description
Join a fast-growing industrial construction leader in Augusta, GA as a Senior Electrical Regional Manager , where your leadership and field expertise will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a new electrical division from the ground up! This is an exciting startup-style opportunity within an established company that already has a strong mechanical foundation and is now expanding into electrical. You’ll have the chance to shape the team, set standards, and lead with autonomy—all while working on high-impact industrial projects like substations, power facilities, and manufacturing plants. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Regional Manager position include: Minimum of 10-15 years of electrical construction experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Proven background in industrial projects, including utilities, power, substations, and manufacturing facilities Ability to lead, develop, and grow local craft teams and oversee operations of up to 50 employees Generate business, estimate and propose projects, and manage revenue targets of $3M-$5M with 10% annual growth Hands-on project oversight from planning to completion, ensuring safety, compliance, and profitability Coordinate with internal departments, maintain project timelines, and manage material and labor procurement Implement safety protocols and troubleshoot complex issues in the field PMP certification and a Master Electrician License preferred
Salary:
$120,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
