Description Lead large-scale commercial and healthcareconstruction projects in NYC and Westchester Manage project teamsincluding PMs, Supers, and support staff to ensure excellence indelivery Serve as the main point of contact for clients,consultants, and internal leadership Support business developmentefforts and evaluate project pursuits and partnerships Partner withexecutive leadership to shape and grow the NYC region strategicallyMaintain high standards of safety, quality, schedule adherence, andprofitability Profile 10 years of experience in commercialconstruction, with strong healthcare or institutional projectbackground Proven experience managing teams and delivering projectsin the NYC construction market Strong leadership skills with apassion for mentoring and growing teams Entrepreneurial mindset andinterest in long-term leadership or company growth roles Excellentcommunication and client-facing skills Job Offer Join a firm withover $200M in active healthcare work and a strong regional presenceHigh visibility with executive leadership and opportunity to growinto a President-level role Work with a collaborative, ambitiousteam and build something lasting in the NYC market Compensation upto $285K base plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package
