Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing client in Dekalb County, Tennessee to hire a full-time Senior Cost Analyst.
This position will lead efforts to increase profitability and reduce costs across all new and ongoing projects by driving cost estimation, budget tracking, and continuous cost improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cost management strategies to support profit growth
Drive accurate cost estimating and profitability/ROI planning across projects
Provide accurate quotations and re-quotations, including for engineering changes
Lead cost-reduction activities from pre-production through launch
Monitor progress, track actual costs vs. forecasts and report project profitability to senior leadership
Improve processes for cost tracking, data analysis, and internalmunication
Leverage historical trends and performance to improve forecasting accuracy
Identify cost-saving opportunities and rmend operational improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve cost planning accuracy

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in cost planning, cost engineering, program controls, or financial/project analysis
Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not available at this time)

Position Offers:

Competitive base salary ($80K-$90K, depending on experience)

$80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
