Cleaner/Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

Cleaning homes/business damaged by Fire, water, mold, as well as House cleaning’s, carpet cleaning, etc Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment etc.. Some Demo, extraction of water, moving of content, heavy soot/smoke cleaning Paid Training Provide for specialty cleanings, mold, sewage (additional pay for sewage work) Contribute to a positive work climate, be dependable and on time Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers be respectful of customers homes and contents.

Cleaner/Cleaning Technician Requirements:

Must have a Valid Driver’s License Normal hours M-F 7:45 to 4:30/5. One weekend a month and One night a week on call required for emergency water losses with a second person. Occasional additional night on call in fill in situations. Occasional weekend work. Background check and probationary period of 3 months required. Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 40lbs Ability to read cleaning instructions Contractor and or cleaning experience helpful knowledge of computer and apps helpful – specific software apps will be used to note moisture readings, add photo’s and for documents that require signing which you will be trained on

Cleaner/Cleaning Technician Benefits:

Paid Training Competitive Pay $17.25 to start plus Opportunity for bonuses ($75.00 bonus for each emergency job called out to during after hours/weekend on call plus $40.00 automatic bonus for your on call weekend in addition to hourly pay). Additional pay rate bonus for specialty cleaning (Sewage). 40 hours paid vacation after 1 year for full time & up to 40 hours earned sick time possible. Ira option after 2 years. Some paid Holidays for full time employees Hiring immediately
