Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuringthe optimal performance of our facility’s equipment and systems.
This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance,troubleshooting, and repair of various mechanical and electricalsystems. The Maintenance Engineer will supervise and direct themaintenance team to maintain a safe and efficient workingenvironment. Duties Supervise, direct, and be a subject matterexpert for members of the maintenance team. Coordinate work withoutside contractors. Collaborate with our management team toprioritize repairs. Become familiar with computerized maintenancesystem. Be able to troubleshoot rotating equipment, powertransmission systems, pneumatic pumps, motors, and electric poweredsystems up to 480V. Read and interpret schematics to understandsystem layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Ensure compliance withsafety regulations and company policies during all maintenanceactivities. Must be able to work off shift hours as needed.
Experience A minimum of 3 years proven supervisory experience isrequired. Post secondary education in a maintenance and/orelectrical related field. Previous work performing maintenance in alarge manufacturing facility. Strong knowledge of maintenance, andrepair techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with attentionto detail in diagnosing issues effectively. PLC, variable speeddrive programming, and welding experience is a plus.

$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
