Job Description:

Nesco Resource is partnering with their client in East Windsorto identify a qualified Sales Engineer CT. This key role focuses onproviding solutions and services around applications includinglow-pressure steam, hydroponic heating, domestic hot water, waterfiltration, and water and wastewater applications. This rolefocuses on building and maintaining relationships and partnershipswith engineering firms, contractors, and end users in theindustrial, institutional and commercial marketplace. Humble Key Responsibilities:

Develop andmaintain excellent relationships with key decision makers,influencers, manufacturers, and Internal team. Assist customer withequipment selection, sizing, and estimating based on needs andusing a consultative approach to provide customers with the bestsolutions. Prepare and present quotations for customers withsupport from our inside team. Effectively drive sales; meeting orexceeding sales targets for assigned territory. Ensure expertdelivery of customer value for sustained growth. CRM tool withcontacts, pipeline, opportunities and forecasts. Participate inlocal trade associations, trade shows, and technical seminars.

Conduct field events to promote products and solutions. Supportcorporate goals and growth initiatives. Collect and shareinformation on competition, market, and industry trends withleadership team.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering, or equivalentexperience. Strong customer service and sales knowledge andexperience. Excellent communication, follow up, organizational andrecord keeping skills. Commitment to be part of a winning team.

Valid driver’s license with proven safe driving record.
