We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedPermanent Engineering Project Manager III to join our rapidlygrowing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasonedprofessional to lead and manage complex engineering projects in afast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate willbe responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, frominitial planning and design, through to execution and completion.

This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles,project management methodologies, and the ability to manageresources effectively to deliver projects on time and withinbudget.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, execution,and delivery of complex engineering projects. Develop and maintainproject schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

Ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards andregulations to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee projectcosting, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring projects aredelivered within budget and financial targets are met. Prepare andpresent monthly project reports to senior management, providingupdates on project progress, risks, and issues. Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including design, production, and qualityassurance, to ensure project objectives are met. Manage projectresources, including equipment and materials, to ensure efficientand effective use. Identify potential project risks and developmitigation strategies to manage these effectively. Foster apositive and collaborative project environment, promoting opencommunication and team engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering or a related field is required; a Master’sdegree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in projectmanagement within the engineering industry. Proven track record ofmanaging and delivering complex engineering projects on time andwithin budget. Strong knowledge of project management methodologiesand tools. Proficient in project scheduling and resourcemanagement. Excellent understanding of engineering principles andpractices. Strong financial acumen, with experience in projectcosting and budgeting. Excellent communication and presentationskills, with the ability to present complex information clearly andeffectively. Strong leadership and team management skills, with theability to motivate and engage team members. Proficient in the useof project management software. Strong problem-solving skills, withthe ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.
