Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing
OR
Associate degree from an accredited university or college
3+ years of experience in production processes and equipment
CNC grinding or programming experience

Essential Functions
Support CNC machining cells through troubleshooting, improving equipment reliability, process rigor, tooling, and minor programming
Manage projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with plant metrics
Lead and drive qualifications as required
Ensure engineering designs meet customer CTQs and compliance standards
Develop and improve technical work instructions for manufacturing processes
Maintain and enforce process documentation to ensure consistent quality
Implement and sustain 5S methodology in assigned areas
Support NPI/Repair by providing technical guidance on processes, quality, and programs
Lead analytical and design activities using established technologies and methods
Mentor others within your area of expertise
Develop new solutions individually or in a team environment
Communicate technical insights across the function
