Advanced Manufacturing Electro Technician:
Playing a key role in training and mentoring a team of Maintenance Technicians/Electro-Mechanics to enhance operational proficiency. Identifying technical issues and performing advanced maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems across production environments. Driving improvements and updates in the maintenance approach, including Preventative, Corrective, and Predictive systems as well as parts management. Contributing actively to technical initiatives and streamlining processes through SOP documentation and updates. Improving efficiency and quality in manufacturing by optimizing machine functions and process flow.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or Equivalency Required Capability to proficiently read, write, and converse in English Working during flexible shifts: 36 – 48 hours per week. No travel anticipated.
