General Summary Production Technician:

• Set-up, operate, and monitor the running of parts on a Tiger Stop saw in a production environment
• Set-up and operate deburring machine in a production environment
• Deburr machined parts by hand with high level of attention to detail
• Assemble components per specifications
• Responsible for assisting other areas of production as needed The technician is responsible for working within the team to complete orders to ship and meet customer due dates. Essential Job Functions
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic inspection tools.
• Ability to complete first-piece inspections.
• Working knowledge of metals and their characteristics.
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to lift and handle minimum of 50-pound objects.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to properly use all hand tools required for the position (company provided).
• Ability to properly use measurement devices such as tape measure, calipers, caliper extender and indicators.
• Ability to understand and interpret work orders / BOM’s / blueprints and production reports.
• Ability to deburr within specifications.
• Ability to operate fork lift.
• 40-hour work week, overtime as needed, 30-minute lunch, morning 15 minute break.
• Understand AS9100 and how it relates to their job.
• Understand FOD and how it relates to their job. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years experience
• Physical requirements: stand for extended periods of time, lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
