Assembly Line Technician Kaye Personnel, Inc Burlington, NJ 08016 We are seeking skilled a production worker to join dynamic team for a tool manufacturing company, located in Burlington, NJ. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Longterm to convert to permanent positions Salary$16.50
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm & Friday,6am-12noon. (optional schedule 6am-2:30pm Mon-Thurs & Frid 6am-12noon) O/T available, schedule is flexible Ovrview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties Fabricate and assemble products. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Utilize hand tools for various assembly line tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes. Skills Experience working in a manufacturing facility, warehouse, or factory setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting Ability to fabricate and assemble components using hand tools Experience working on an assembly line is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
