About the Role Macron Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you’ll help bring high-performance automation components to life through precision fabrication, assembly, and teamwork. If you have a mechanical mindset, experience with tools, and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform fabrication, mechanical assembly, and material picking Follow work instructions, prints, and routing details on job travelers Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Lead or support production on specific jobs as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas and practice safe work habits Accurately record time and job progress at data collection terminals Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, and Materials teams Skills & Knowledge Understanding of basic manufacturing and quality processes Familiarity with bill of materials, dimensions, tolerances, and measuring tools Ability to read part and assembly drawings Consistent use of PPE and safe lifting methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Comfortable using hand and power tools Good communication skills and a high standard of workmanship Must be able to stand, lift, and perform physical work during shift
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
