The go-to company for designing, printing, fabricating, and installing the most high quality, next-level graphics, eye-catching vehicle wraps, morale-boosting wall graphics, custom signs, and digital marketing solutions for business owners throughout the United States. We are looking for a motivated, creative person to help run our production department at our Morrisville, PA shop. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in large-format printing, customer service experience, and design knowledge.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage a wide variety of custom-manufactured digital print projects. Color calibration on various substrates within many programs. Physically able to lift 50+ pounds of materials Open & edit vector files in Adobe Illustrator to send to the printers and cutters. Work with our design department in creating the highest quality graphics possible for our customers. Cutting & weeding vinyl graphics and trimming printed panels Performing daily maintenance on all equipment within the department Organizing finished projects and packaging graphics that need to be shipped Providing exceptional service to our customers Required Experience for a

Production Technician:

Experience working with wide format printers such as the Canon Colorado & HP Latex printers Demonstrated ability to direct projects through to completion while ensuring quality standards and efficient processes are utilized at all times. Critical thinking and a detailed understanding of our capabilities are a must. Demonstrated background in a print production environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience operating wide format printers and laminators. Able to troubleshoot computer/printer problems and provide solutions Work well with the other team members Abide by our employee handbook A valid driver’s license and vehicle The ability to show up on time and leave when the job is complete Pay is based on prior experience.
