We are searching for an innovative production technician to join our team and ensure quality products are delivered on time. The production technician’s responsibilities will include supervising the control processes, performing various tests on products, writing up reports, diagnosing and resolving problems with products, methods, and equipment, and providing training and general support to the engineering team. To be a successful production technician, you should display great attention to detail and a sound understanding of what makes a good product. $36,000 – $40,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
education: High School Responsibilities responsible for operating production machinery and equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly and safely
perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and identify any defects
troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, to improve production processes and resolve any issues
maintain accurate production records and documentation
monitor the production process, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and quality The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 45lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time Skills
machine maintenance
quality control inspections
