Hours:

1st shift 7 AM – 330 PM •May have to lift up to 50lbs•

Responsibilities:

Assemble and solder various electronic products including but not limited to printed circuit boards and wire cables. Use tools to make or repair parts and products. Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions. Work with other members of the group in order to assemble products. Keep a clean and tidy workspace. Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry. Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures. Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.

Requirements:

Must be able to read component values, bills of materials, work procedures and drawings. Must have experience soldering. Knowledge of or certification of IPC standards a plus. Will at times work under magnification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly ISO 13485 and CGMP regulations. This role requires proficiency in using various measuring tools and systems, including coordinate measuring machines, micrometers, calipers, and vision inspection systems. Duties Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials and finished products. Utilize coordinate measuring machines to ensure precise measurements. Analyze test results and document findings accurately. Fabricate components as needed for testing purposes. Conduct inspections using micrometers, calipers, and vision inspection systems. Ensure all testing procedures comply with ISO 13485 and CGMP standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures. Requirements Proven experience in a testing or quality control role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and CGMP regulations is highly desirable. Proficient in using coordinate measuring machines, micrometers, calipers, and vision inspection systems. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documenting test results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet production goals. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality assurance. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
