Duties Performs general cost accounting & other related duties Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit & loss statements Manages Accounts Receivables/Payables Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts & closes the monthly books Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Accounting experience 5+ years Proven experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable. Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and general ledger reconciliation processes. Proficiency in Quickbooks software and Microsoft Excel is preferred. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
