Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the general accountingfunctions, including preparation of financial statements, balancesheets, and income statements. Lead the monthly close process,ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Manage and trackbudgets for various projects and operational costs. Conductvariance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommendcorrective actions. Ensure compliance with internal controls,accounting policies, and all regulatory standards. Assist withaudit preparation and coordination, working closely with externalauditors. Develop and implement improved accounting processes andprocedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Perform other dutiesas assigned to ensure the smooth running of the accountingdepartment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3 yearsof experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in amanufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of financial accountingprinciples, practices, and reporting requirements. Experience withbudgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting a plus.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (experiencewith ERP systems a plus). High level of integrity and attention todetail. Experience with audit preparation a plus.

Location &Compensation:

Location :

On-site position near Bolivar, Ohio.

Salary :

$70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
