Accountant 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 1 Quality Way, Fletcher, NC 28732 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, particularly within the financial services sector. This role will involve managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s financial health and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Maintain customer and supplier mailboxes, as well as portals for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Enter supplier invoices Print and send customer invoices Record daily banking Enter expense reports End of month – prepare account reconciliations for review (check PO/Receipts/Invoices) Draft month end written summary for review End of month preparation of GL summary for department heads Cash collection and recovery process CALF (factoring) refund Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Experience with private equity and financial services is highly desirable. Proficiency in accounting software, especially Sage; familiarity with other accounting tools is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the finance team and with external stakeholders.
