Job Description
Property Associate (PAM) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars East Rutherford, NJ 07073 We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Associate to join our property management team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting administrative, accounting, and tenant service functions for one or more commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and professional, with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable , including invoice processing, billing, and collections. Maintain lease administration and tracking, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation. Provide administrative support including managing files, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and travel. Handle tenant communication and coordinate building access and services for visitors and vendors. Monitor and maintain certificates of insurance for tenants and contractors. Support compliance efforts with regular audits and documentation. Assist with budget preparation , expense tracking, and financial reporting. Participate in tenant onboarding , move-in/move-out procedures, and general service requests. Work closely with maintenance, security, and building staff to ensure high service standards. Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and work order system inquiries.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative, accounting, or real estate/property management experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management systems is a plus. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Schedule:
This position is fully on-site. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
